The cramping has been attributed to constipation which has been relieved with daily sachets. However I'm now experiencing what can only be on/off acidity and heartburn since. It made me think my whole problem might not even be reflux (maybe hypersensitivity to stomach acid). Or is a completely normal endoscopy fine?
